  • When should I expect my order to arrive?

    After placing your order, please give our team 24-48 hours to process your order. Once orders have been processed you will receive a fulfillment confirmation along with your tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not allow cancellations.

  • Who handles shipping cost?

    Shipping rates are estimated during checkout once your order is placed. Shipping rates all depend on the delivery location and weight/size of the package.

  • Do you allow refunds?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. In a case where there is a mistake with your order, please contact us by reaching out to us on Instagram or us the contact button located at the top of the website. You are allowed up to 7 days after delivery to reach out to us on any mistakes and we will Glady fix the problem with you. (Photos must be provided)

  • How do I track my order?

    You are able to track your order by using the tracking number provided in your email, all packages are sent VIA UPS or USPS, the carrier will be provided in your email. If there isn’t any movement on your tracking, please allow 24 hours for it to update.

  • How often do you ship out?

    We try our hardest to ship out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Where is my order coming from?

    We are based in Lakewood, Ca.

  • How often do you go live?

    We go live every single night at 10pm PST.
